Event Booking Terms and Conditions
You may make payments for events online or by BACs (we encourage use of online payment systems as these are more secure than telephone payments). We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. When payment is taken from your card the transaction on your card statement will say: ‘PP*ASTONMARTINHERITAGE’.
In buying ticket(s) from the Aston Martin Heritage Trust (AMHT) you understand and agree that:
a) Once purchased, tickets priced above £50 each are subject to the following cancellation charges:
Up to 36 days before booking date - No charge
15-35 days before the booking date – 50%
14 days or less before the booking – 100%.
b) We reserve the right to cancel or change an event due to insufficient bookings or for any other reasons beyond our control. In this case you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
c) In the event of a cancellation by the organiser or by AMHT (ie. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond AMHT’s control), AMHT will only refund the face value of the ticket. AMHT will use every reasonable effort to contact purchasers either by phone or email using the details provided at the time of purchase.
d) The AMHT is not responsible for repaying any additional charges (eg. parking, hotel bookings, travel tickets etc) which you may have made for your booking should it be changed or cancelled.
e) Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
f) By purchasing, you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only and will not be resold or transferred. Any resale or attempt to resell the tickets at a price higher than purchased will result in your tickets being cancelled without prior notification.
g) The right to admission is reserved by AMHT, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion.
i) Once your online booking has been confirmed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified.
j) AMHT would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age when purchasing alcohol, abusive, threatening, engaging in drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.
