Event Booking Terms and Conditions
1. You may make payments for events online, by BACs or by telephone (we encourage use of online payment systems as these are more secure than telephone payments). We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. When payment is taken from your card the transaction on your card statement will say: ‘PP*ASTONMARTINHERITAGE’.
2. You may call to make provisional reservation for an event. This will be held for a maximum of seven working days pending receipt of your full payment. After this time, your name will be moved to a reserved list and we can no longer guarantee you a ticket.
3. In buying ticket(s) from the Aston Martin Heritage Trust (AMHT) you understand and agree that:
a) Once purchased, tickets priced above £50 each are subject to the following cancellation charges:
Up to 36 days before event date - No charge
15-35 days before the event date – 50%
14 days or less before the event – 100%.
However, if an event is fully booked and there is a waiting list, we will try to resell your tickets.
b) There will be NO REFUNDS on tickets for events where the single ticket/entry price is £50 or less unless this has to be cancelled by ourselves (see following paragraph)
c) We reserve the right to cancel or change the event due to insufficient bookings or for any other reasons beyond our control. In this case you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
d) In the event of a cancellation by the organiser or by AMHT (ie. a cancellation due to circumstances beyond AMHT’s control), AMHT will only refund the face value of the ticket. AMHT will use every reasonable effort to contact purchasers either by phone or email using the details provided at the time of purchase. Please note, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date and time and AMHT cannot guarantee that they will inform the customer of any changes to the event date and time.
e) The AMHT is not responsible for repaying any additional charges (eg. parking, hotel bookings, travel tickets etc) which you may have made for the event should an event be changed or cancelled.
f) Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
g) Every effort will be made to admit latecomers to an event, but admission is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the AMHT.
h) By purchasing, you agree that the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only and will not be resold or transferred. Any resale or attempt to resell the tickets at a price higher than purchased will result in your tickets being cancelled without prior notification.
i) The right to admission to an event is reserved by AMHT, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion.
k) Once your online booking has been confirmed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you specified.
l) Depending upon the event, we aim to forward you any specific final information 5-7 days before the event.
m) AMHT would advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the event/venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age when purchasing alcohol, abusive, threatening, engaging in drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.
n) Any bar operating as part of an event may be closed by the duty manager at any time if any person using the bar shall behave in an unruly, disorderly or unseemly manner or is, in the exercise of their absolute discretion, they are of the opinion that such unruly, disorderly or unseemly behaviour may occur there.
