Ep 44 – At the ferry port. A conversation with Adrian Feather

While was waiting for a ferry to Le Mans, a friendly chap struck up a conversation about Aston Martins. It turned out he was Adrian Feather, who in the 1970s independently published a series of Aston Martin books. Even though the four-book set has been out of print for ages, they’re absolutely fantastic, whether you read them individually or all four together. These books are a treasure trove of period magazine articles, road test reports, and adverts.

Garry Taylor picked up the portable microphone and, in the ferry car park, Adrian filled him in on the story behind these books. He also told Garry about his meetings with Bertelli, his work with Brian Jocelyne, and so much more. And the list of names who signed his copy of the definitive Aston Martin – Story of a Sportscar book will blow your mind!

A delightful candid off the cuff podcast.
