Bryony comes from a PhD scientific research background but has had an active interest in the heritage sector for a number of years. She enjoys learning new things and has completed an MA in furniture conservation and decorative arts, as well as volunteering in Collections Care at the Oxfordshire Museums Resource Centre.

Bryony joined the team in 2023, looking to develop her knowledge in the care and conservation of museum collections, as well as utilizing her research and database skills. The opportunity to work alongside Aston Martins was a definite bonus too – what’s not to like about an Aston Martin?!

Bryony is a very practical person and, in her spare time, loves to be creative with woodcarving. She has undertaken a few commissions but wishes it didn’t take her quite so long to make them.
