Delivery

UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

All UK orders will be charged a £5.75 delivery fee. Free shipping is available for orders over £50. 

Orders placed before 12.00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next day we are open.

Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm and all our dispatch and delivery timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays. Next Working Day delivery to Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland will take an extra day.

• 2nd Class Mail UK address only – Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5-7 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
• 1st Class Mail UK address only- Royal Mail aim to deliver your order 3-5 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
• Express & Tracked UK address only – Royal Mail aim to deliver your order 1-3 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
• Next Working Day – Orders received by the cut off time stated on the product page, will be delivered next working day (Excludes Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland).

Please note that the above delivery timescales are estimates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to all of the countries that Royal Mail are available to deliver to. A list of these can be found on the Royal Mail website. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated charges and delivery times are set out below. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aston Martin Heritage Trust is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. In this case, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Payment

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card or through Paypal. All our prices include VAT. Our VAT No. is 724511264.

We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us.

COUPONS 

If you have a gift coupon, enter the code at the basket and click ‘Apply Coupon’ before you checkout. If you experience problems with your coupon, contact [email protected].

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow four hours to process your order. Expect an email within 30 minutes to let you know your order is on the way!

AVAILABILITY

We try to keep our site up to date. However, we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 30 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the 30 days, you can request a cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Cancellations

For most items on our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 20 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting us at  [email protected].

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom-made to your requirements.
