Over 100 Visitors Join Us for a Successful Heritage Open Day
The Aston Martin Heritage Trust was delighted to welcome more than 100 visitors to this year’s Heritage Open Day, with guests travelling from across the UK and even as far as California to visit us.
Heritage Open Days is England’s largest festival of history and culture, giving people the opportunity to explore fascinating places, discover hidden heritage, and enjoy unique experiences free of charge. Every September, thousands of organisations and volunteers open their doors to help share the stories that make our heritage so special.
As the home of where the Aston Martin story lives, the Aston Martin Heritage Trust was proud to be part of this national celebration. Visitors were able to explore the museum, view our unique collection, and gain an insight into the work we undertake to preserve, research, and share Aston Martin’s rich history for enthusiasts and future generations.
The day offered guests a taste of Aston Martin heritage through our museum displays, and the stories behind some of the most iconic Aston Martin vehicles. Visitors were also offered a special discount to return for one of our guided tours, providing a much deeper look into the history of the marque and the work of the Trust.
We are delighted that many visitors have already signed up to return for the full tour experience, allowing them to explore even more of the remarkable heritage we care for.
