Aston Martin Vantage

Our Aston Martin Vantage (sometimes described as the AM Vantage) is the second of only 70 built. When new, it was the press and promotional car, featuring in brochures and press photos whilst still in its original colour of Cricket White. The model was introduced in May 1972, alongside the visually similar AM V8. The AM Vantage was in effect a restyle of the DBS, powered by the same Tadek Marek designed six-cylinder 4-litre engine as first used in the DB5 back in 1963.

Recognition of the AM Vantage is simple – look for the twin headlamp front, together with traditional wire wheels; the last production Aston Martin with them fitted from new.

Chassis No: AM/6002/RA

Registration No: LNV 756L

This car was purchased by the Aston Martin Heritage Trust in 2013.
